The Provincial Court of Valencia judges during the next week 55 involved in a macro scam to Social Security with a fraud overall of €362,231 in it payment of the subsidies of unemploymentthrough false labor contracts in a company with fictitious jobs.

Among the defendants are five businessmen for formalizing these fabricated labor relations and pretending that the beneficiaries of public aid funds worked for a company Carcaixentwith the purpose of registering the employees so that they could perceive as unemployed or also for benefits for disabilities temporary or maternity.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the deceptions occurred between 2010 and 2014 and the total amount paid by the SEPE to the defendants was 336,900 euros and by the National Social Security Institute, 25,331 euros, as reported by sources from the Court. Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TJSCV).

The public prosecution asks for sentences ranging between two and ten years of prison for several continuous crimes of falsifying an official document, fraud and fraud in benefits.

The trial sessions begin on Monday June 12 and will continue until Friday the 16th, according to the same sources.
