Two defendants for the crime of a retiree executed in the town of Villa Castells in 2018 they began to be tried on the afternoon of this Monday through the mechanism of jury trial that requested the defenses of the defendants identified as damian rolon y Luis Astorga.

After falling, the 85-year-old retiree hit his head hard on the ground, causing severe health problems. The man was urgently admitted to the 1 y 70 health center, but despite medical efforts he was unable to recover from the blows.
After the incident, police personnel arrested two suspects, but when they were about to make the transfer to the police station, a car intercepted the patrol car to release them. The defense maintains that Astorga and Rolón were in full working hours when they were arrested for being suspects. The family claims to have “proof that they were working at that time (the crime).
