Borrell: Ukraine needs 1,000 artillery shells a day in Bakhmut

12:11 p.m.: EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has urged EU states to speed up deliveries of ammunition to Ukraine. According to media reports, around 1,500 police officers and security guards are on duty this Saturday to ensure that the state visit runs smoothly.
