It’s amazing what some drivers can do to avoid traffic in the California Bay Area.
A driver was arrested by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) for driving with a mannequin dressed as a person in the carpool lane of the 101 Freeway in Marin County.
The CHP published the photo of the tattooed doll that was in the back seat and was wearing a T-shirt, a hat, sunglasses and even had facial hair.
The CHP officer who arrested the suspect said something didn’t look right, even though the mannequin was very well disguised.
The driver of the vehicle was cited and fined, which is typically a minimum of $490.
