The footage shows a frantic confrontation between EPPD elements and people at the Sandoval Apartments.
The agents appear to have responded to reports of a fight, according to the Instagram page known as “therealfitfamelpaso.”
According to the administrators, the family of a teenager, who appears in the video being subdued with a stun gun, confirmed that he is an autistic person.
The El Paso Police issued a statement stating that they are aware of the videos “where officers appear using force.”
