The wheel stealers attacked again. As this newspaper has been reflecting, in recent months due to the high price of tires -and several times shortages-, robberies with this modality have taken on an incessant character “with episodes committed at all hours and in a wide radius.
One of the reported cases was on calle 69 between 19 and 20 and the victim, the spare wheel of a Citroen Picasso.
