If you turned or will turn 65 during January and February of this 2023 and you live in the Yucatan peninsula, it is time for you to go and enroll in the Pension for the Well-being of the Elderly.

And it is that according to what was reported by the Welfare Secretariat Since last February 13 and until February 25, they are registering their incorporation in the different modules that they have in Quintana Roo and Yucatan.

If you or your grandparent already meets the necessary age, Abreu Marín explained what are the requirements to register at the Pension for the Welfare of the Elderly:

Current official identification (voter’s credential, primer, professional license, passport, identity card, Inapam credential).

Legible birth certificate, CURP (recent print).
Proof of address not older than six months (electricity, water, gas, telephone or property).
Telephone contact.

To locate which of the modules is closest to you, the Welfare Secretariat makes the official website https://www.gob.mx/bienestar available to older adults.

The delegate added that older people can register a person to help them with the procedures, who must meet the same requirements.

In the event that the elderly person cannot travel due to illness or other causes that prevent them from leaving their home, a family member may initiate the process and request a visit from the staff of the Welfare Secretariat to enroll in the pension, directly at home.
