In the event that the elderly person cannot attend, the auxiliary person may attend the module with the documents to start the process and schedule a home visit so that, later, identified personnel from the Welfare Secretariat deliver the card directly to their home. . It is important to remember that the card is delivered to the beneficiary.
However, the secretary Ariadna Montiel reminded the elderly who are beneficiaries of the Well-being Pension that these are the last days to collect the Well-being Cards in Mexico City, since April 30 is the deadline to carry out this procedure. .

Grandparents who are beneficiaries of the Well-being Pension will be able to find out the place, date and time to collect the card through the official website of the Secretary of Well-being: gob.mx/bienestar or through a phone call to the Well-being Line 800-639-42-64. To make the consultation in both modalities, have the CURP on hand.
Ariadna Montiel explained that, once entering the reference page, it is necessary to select the icon of the Pension for the Well-being of the Elderly, type the CURP, and immediately your name and address will appear to pick up the new Card for the Well-being, as well as the day, time and place in which they will appear.

Secretary Montiel Reyes emphasized that older adults must keep the previous card in their possession, since they may have a balance or receive deposits from another source, such as the IMSS, ISSSTE pension or a personal account.
He added that the banking of beneficiaries allows strengthening this right through the direct delivery and without intermediaries of the pension. Banco del Bienestar account holders will not pay commissions for balance inquiries, withdrawals, and transfers, among other services.
