Microsoft will change the way it fixes network (connections) issues in Windows 11 by using the “troubleshooter”.
Windows 11 will make it easier to fix internet problems soon. If you have a laptop, you must have experienced unexpected failures when trying to access the Wi-Fi network. One of the problems reported by users of Windows 11 computers is the random disappearance of Wi-Fi networks and the reasons for this can be diverse, but most of the time the operating system ends up being the cause of the problem.
The easiest way to solve a network problem in Windows 11 is through the troubleshooting tool, which opens the “network troubleshooter”. This feature will attempt to fix the internet connection issue automatically. However, in the case of Windows 11, the patching system is not always efficient, as the capabilities of the settings application are linked to operating system updates.
Network Troubleshooter will migrate to “Get Help” app
In the next Windows 11 update, Microsoft plans to switch the network troubleshooter to the “Get Help” app, which is updated via the Microsoft Store. In this way, it will be easier to resolve Windows network problems, as there will be new APIs that will diagnose bugs more efficiently.
According to Microsoft, with this change from the network troubleshooting tool to the “Get Help” app, the user will be able to solve up to 30 common connectivity problems. In the coming months, the company intends to expand this capacity.
