With the presence of the Governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof and the Mayor Mario Drythis Friday, La Merced street in Ensenada dressed up as a party with the traditional parade as part of the 222nd anniversary of the founding of the city. The meeting event a 147 Ensenada institutions of a social, sports, cultural, educational, health, military, security, religious, traditionalist, municipal nature, among others.
The celebration began with the hoisting of the flags in the Plaza Manuel Belgrano that brought together standard-bearers and escorts from public and private institutions, representatives of security forces, former Malvinas combatants, provincial and municipal authorities, councilors and school counselors. In the same public space, the discovery and blessing of plaques alluding to the date took place.
Within this framework, the mayor Mario Dry stressed that “our city is deserves to celebrate the great growth that it has experienced in the last 20 years. We have brought quality works and services to each and every one of the neighborhoods. And we will continue to work for the Ensenada for the next 50 years.”
For his part, Governor Kicillof highlighted “the transformation that the city has undergone at the hands of its driver Mario Secco.
