With the testimony of three witnesses, the testimonial stage of the oral debate that is taking place in the Criminal Court One of Eldorado for the murder of the farmer couple of Comandante Andresito, Hilario Kirschner (61) and Mirta Sachser (54) culminated yesterday morning. ), completed with two shots each in September 2019 inside his home.
The debate will resume next Monday, February 27, when the process continues with the arguments of the parties and the possible verdict of the court regarding the responsibility of the son of the victims, Alejandro Daniel Kirschner (24), in the shocking case.
It should be remembered that the latter is accused of double homicide aggravated by the relationship and the use of a firearm, in a real contest with the possession of a firearm for civilian use, without due legal authorization.
Peretti was one of the people who tried to trace Sachser’s cell phone.
The indictment provides for a life sentence in prison if found guilty.
Although a witness did not appear to testify, the fourth day of the trial had the contributions of police officers Ediberto Alonso and Juan Carlos Fernández, as well as Alicia Peretti, sister-in-law of the murdered woman.
The uniformed men, who at the time of the event were the chief and deputy chief of Regional Unit V, were consulted by prosecutor Federico Rodríguez for their participation in the event and if they remembered any details regarding the disappearance of the farmer’s cell phone.
In this sense, the troops did not provide new data for the investigation and devoted themselves to describing the actions that each one had in the event.
For her part, the family of the victims did not provide substantive details for the investigation either, but she did agree with the contributions of previous witnesses who referred to a bad relationship between the married couple and the accused.
The woman who lives in Capioví recalled that the day after the event, that is, Sunday, December 22, 2019, she used her phone to call Mirta Sachser’s cell phone, although she commented that both on that day and on a second chance that was given days later, the device rang and rang but no one answered.
In turn, Peretti commented that weeks prior to the event he saw the couple. This was on the first of September, on Hilario Kirschner’s birthday, and then when the victims visited them at his house on the 16th of that same month.
The witness recalled that during the birthday celebration a dispute arose between father and son because the young man wanted to take the truck. And beyond the farmer’s refusal, the accused finally ended up taking the vehicle.
He also said that during the last conversation, the couple said that they were very worried about their son Alejandro and that for this reason they looked very bad emotionally.

The victims even indicated that they planned to have a very serious talk with the young man due to his conduct and the bad relationship he had with them.
Another aspect in which he coincided with the contribution of other witnesses who had previously gone through the trial had to do with the alleged missing valuables from the farmers’ house and which pointed to the defendant as responsible for these robberies.
The woman commented that she was aware that when Hilario and Mirta returned from a vacation they had found a rifle missing, as well as several items of clothing.
Before the end of the hearing, the parties witnessed the display of images on a giant screen of photographs taken at the crime scene.
Both the prosecution and the defense had access to images of different objects seized during the investigation, as well as some shoes and a footprint that was detected on a carpet and some papers that were in the house after the murder occurred.
