In the depths of our pelvis there is a force that is often underestimated or even overlooked. The pelvic floor muscles stabilize the middle of our body and are involved in essential bodily functions. In the pelvic floor workshop (Pelvic Power) we get to know the pelvic floor and its tasks better in order to understand why it is so important.

We feel into ourselves to perceive and activate the pelvic floor. In addition, all course participants receive an exercise program (the BEBOBA Flex – the basics of pelvic floor training packed into a flexible exercise program) for at home and Anna reveals how to pay attention to the pelvic floor in everyday life. Anna is a physiotherapist and has specialized in this area. She will give us a few insights into the role played by the pelvic floor in physiotherapy.
