Thrilling concert at noon by the piano class Anna Adamik in the Montforthaus

FELDKIRCH With a varied program ranging from Italian lightness to seemingly weightless Impressionism to furious masterpieces of the Romantic period Anna Adamiks Piano class at the Stella Vorarlberg at the most recent concert at noon, the numerous listeners in the packed foyer of the Montforthaus.

With Italian ease Nikolaj Krajnc at the beginning two baroque sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti sound. well had Dorsa Saberi from Iran made her grand entrance, performing the Sonata in D major Op10 No3 by Ludwig van Beethoven with bravura.
Proved in the following performance of “Lisztomania 1” by Péter Eötvös Janessa Embley and Lia Hartlthat they are masters of a piano work for four hands. Sometimes their hands crossed each other during the filigree game.

With Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel, two masters of Impressionism were now on the program. The Ukrainian pianist was particularly successful with “Gaspard de la nuit”. Mykola Myroshnychenko, to bring the mysterious water worlds to the keys. The program ended with two different works from the Romantic period. To the more solemn Nocturne in C minor by Frédéric Chopin, sensitively performed by Tobias Simonfollowed by an extremely rapid and dynamic performance of Franz Liszt’s “La Campanella”, performed enthusiastically by Henry Shi.

An inspiring performance

Thanks to the collaboration between the Montforthaus and Stella Vorarlberg, the free “Lunchtime Concert” takes place in the Montforthaus, where students from Stella Vorarlberg demonstrate their musical talent at lunchtime. The next dates have already been set: on Tuesday, February 7 at 12:15 p.m., a clarinet concert by the chamber music class Francesco Negrini will be heard, and on Tuesday, March 7 at 12:15 p.m., the oboes of the oboe class Adrian Buzac will play for the audience during the lunch break.
