A 19-year-old young man is in care after falling from a horse in events that occurred on Sunday afternoon on the PR-135 highway in the Bartolo neighborhood in Lares.
According to the information, the young man identified as David Santiago Maldonado was taken to the Castañer General Hospital and later transferred to the Río Piedras Medical Center by air ambulance.
Agent Nestor Núñez Orta of the Castañer de Lares Precinct investigated the incident.
