The Federal Oral Court No. 3 of Rosario Jonatan Brezik, a member of the Los Monos gang, was sentenced this Wednesday to 13 years in prisonfor drug trafficking. He is one of the hitmen of the criminal organization who is serving two sentences in a Chaco jail.

However, from the penitentiary facilities where he lies, he continued under the role of organizer of a group that traded cocaine in the city of Rosario.

The decision was made by judges Osvaldo Facciano, Mario Gambacorta and Eugenio Martínez. The prosecutor who was in charge of the accusation and the request for sentences is Federico Reynares Solari.

In addition, along with Brezik, four other people who worked with him were sentenced to comply with the orders he gave from a Chaco jail. These were identified as Thalía Karen Cevilan (6 years in prison), Brandon Emanuel Méndez (7 years and six months), Marianela Romero (3 years and six months), Carla Melani Lingua (3 years and six months) and Lucas Aníbal Aguirre ( 4 years).

The court decided to unify the sentences awarded with what he still has to serve from the previous ones and established the sentence at 17 years for the criminal.
