Elements of the Ministry of Public Security (SSP), carried out the detention of a man accused of sexual abuse to the detriment of a woman Yucatan.
According to what the security agencies reported, the man was identified as 41-year-old Jesús ‘N’, who in 2020 began abusing his victim, who was allegedly subjected to violence.
The man was put in prison until he is brought before a hearing.
After the victim filed the corresponding complaint, the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) began with the investigations, which resulted in a Control Judge issuing an arrest warrant against the alleged perpetrator.
The subject was arrested at his home, located on the San Antonio farm, in the municipality of Tixkokob, where agents of the State Investigative Police (PEI) arrived, following an arrest warrant.
Finally, the subject was made available to the judge who issued the arrest warrant to begin criminal proceedings for sexually abusing the woman for three years.
Released after abusing his wife

The FGE investigates the abuse of a woman for three years.
In a hearing, precautionary measures other than preventive detention were issued, so the man accused of abuse will continue the judicial process with a locator bracelet.
