After having taken us back to our early childhood with Spyro Reignited Trilogy, nostalgia may return. Indeed, the developers who participated in the development of the compilation have just made a rather intriguing announcement.
Little dragon, big announcement?
In an image recently shared on social media by the Toys For Bob team, we can see several elements that announce a year 2023 in all beauty.
In this image, we can notably see the happy lads of the team getting excited about this coming year, with their logo, Ghost from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II as well as our favorite little dragon in the upper left corner accompanied by a small “25”.
Indeed, the 25th anniversary of the license is scheduled for September 9 and it is rare that a successful license does not celebrate such an event with dignity. We will therefore be entitled to an announcement for Spyro this year, but we must not get carried away because Toys For Bob is already in charge of the development of Crash Team Rumble. It could be that the announcement concerns the addition of characters from the universe of Spyro in his next game.
Pending an announcement this year, Crash Team Rumble is slated for release on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch in 2023.
