After a shock group attacked a group of citizens who opposed its construction, the Secretary of the Government of the municipality of Querétaro, Arturo Molina Zamora, indicated that acts of violence against the population will not be tolerated and announced that he will not grant the renewal of the operating license for its operation in 2023; since for the administration headed by the Municipal President, Luis Nava, in the capital it is a priority to guarantee public order and the general interest for a healthy coexistence.

Arturo Molina specified that even though the establishment had met the requirements for its operation, the incidents last Wednesday and the irregularities detected by the Municipal Civil Protection are factors that indicate that the conditions do not exist to renew its operating license, for which the applicable legal framework is analyzed to go to the last consequences in this case and in order to ensure healthy coexistence and the general interest of the population.
