She has already seen him in some embarrassing TV moments and of course knows him privately better than most. But in ONE show, Amira Pocher (30) neither wants to see nor experience her husband Olli (44).

In her latest podcast “Hey Amira” reveals the mother of two how the RTL jungle camp would endanger family peace and what mini-possibility there is for one of the two partners to be able to visit the cockroaches. However, a lot has to happen for this to happen.

Presenter, podcaster and “Let’s Dance” favorite Amira has a very clear guideline for herself when it comes to the successful jungle show. Amira: “I would never participate. I say that now. Feel free to use that against me later. If I’m really desperate and go in there. But that will never happen.”

Even if the big dough is tempting?

She: “I have no problem going back to work normally. I also work normally. I have a company and I actually work more normally than not normally.”

Amira alludes to her current podcast: “Many people don’t see it as work that we’re sitting here and chatting. But in reality it’s also work.” As an entertainment woman, she has an argument.

But what would be her biggest fear at camp?

Clearly: “Spiders. First of all, I have an absolute spider phobia. Then I have absolute claustrophobia. If I had to go into a cave like that, or a pipe like that…? NO WAY! Even on the plane, I panic when the doors close and I can’t open them. I wouldn’t survive. I would, I think, pass out from a panic attack.”

We would have already ticked off the fears. But then there is also the external effect. Amira didn’t like them that much either.

Amira: “By the way, I would never want to show myself like that. I would never show myself with shit on my head, or full of disease. I would never, ever want to give such pictures of myself.”

“Respect for those who do it”

Ms. Pocher still has respect for the celebrities who put up with the hardships: “I think it’s cool that they’re not too bad and I like to watch it too. Only I wouldn’t do that.”

But what happens when Olli comes up with the crazy idea and wants to clean up the jungle properly? In any case, the entertainer could be trusted to set an entertainment scent between deer pee and bull testicles.

Pocher is not otherwise squeamish in his performances, he also likes to show himself (repeatedly) half-naked on TV or on Instagram.

Amira apparently knows her husband so well that she would not categorically rule out a decision for the jungle: “I think if he was offered enough money, at a bad moment, or if things just didn’t go that way anymore: I think who would actually do it. I definitely trust him to do that.”

Such a decision would probably not be taken very calmly by the Pochers: “Then there would also be war in the house. I wouldn’t like that at all. I don’t want him to show himself like that either.”

Amira: “Look how the outside world calls the participants, how they talk about them. What value do these people have? Sure, all of Germany is talking about them. But you’re the end of the line for people.”

So before Olli has to move to the camp for financial reasons, Amira would go a different route: “I just don’t want it. Olli is far too valuable for that and he can simply do a lot more. Otherwise I work twice or three times as much. I don’t want him to have to do this. I think that’s love, if you don’t want something for yourself, you don’t want it for the person you love either.”

Oh, that sounds at least very romantic.
