Developer Innersloth has released a roadmap for Among Us in 2023.
This shows you what to expect in the next twelve months. Among other things, these are improvements and new content.
What’s happening in 2023 in Among Us?
As far as specific dates are concerned, you shouldn’t expect too much from the roadmap. However, improvements in the user interface and the gaming experience can be expected “soon”.
“We want to make playing Among Us easier and more intuitive”, is it[called. “This means we are focused on multiple UI and player experience updates. Cleaning up account merging, updating the store to make it easier to navigate, making it easier to report a toxic player… that are all things we want to work on and more.”
Expect a fifth map, improved matchmaking, revamped quick chat, more collaborations, and more later this year.
With regard to the new map, one is still largely covered, but speaks of “completely new tasks”. There will also be more cosmetic items and “funny, hidden surprises”.
The goal with improved matchmaking is to make the whole process easier and faster. The quick chat will have more refined dialog options and easier navigation.
Furthermore, we are thinking about potential new roles for Among Us and improvements to the friends list. However, this is “not a promise” and will only happen “if we have additional time for it”.
