After a long silence, Twitch sensation Amouranth has finally issued a public statement against the constant criticism of his content that he has received lately.
For those of you who don’t know her, Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa, better known as Amouranth, is one of the top female streamers on Twitch, with more than 6.5 million followers. She is best known for her IRL (in real life) content and ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response).
In October 2022, Amouranth denounced ill-treatment by her husband in a live broadcast, alleging that he had threatened to kill her dogs. She also claimed that her husband had forced her to keep her marriage a secret because it would ruin her business.
Later, she separated from her husband and, in a new transmission, Amouranth he claimed that he was “free” now and that everything was going well. After that, Amouranth started streaming regularly and stated that her content was better than ever.
However, some still regularly criticize Amouranth, claiming that he hasn’t improved his content on Twitch at all. In her explanation, Amouranth noted that it would be impossible to completely change her content overnight, as she would have to hire entirely new staff to do so, something she is not willing to do immediately.
She says that by giving her current staff two months’ notice, she is being more than fair and that otherwise would be selfish. Furthermore, Ella Amouranth clarified that she fully controls the content that is produced and that she has already recruited members for each position.
Lastly, Amouranth mentions that he does what he wants and has lots of fun projects planned for the next six months. One of these projects could be the Twitch game show that he recently revealed during a recent podcast.
