It wasn’t the first time Anders bought sex, but it was the first time he did it in the form of a filmed threesome.
The proposal came on the messaging app Kik, after an account with a female alias wrote to him on the sex forum Pink Page. He later swished SEK 2,300 for sex with a woman 30 years younger and another man who filmed everything. The payment went to a company registered to the 50-year-old man who actually arranged the meeting.
Afterwards, Anders had a film sent to him. He also posted some pictures online, including when the woman sucks him.
Described herself as a “porn star”
But after the incident, the woman went to the police and reported that for just over a year she had been abused by the 50-year-old and on one occasion sold to Anders. Anders admitted the sex purchase and was convicted in the district court. The 50-year-old was convicted of pimping and negligent rape, but appealed to the Court of Appeal where he was fully acquitted.
SVT Nyheter has reviewed the Court of Appeal verdict, as rewritten by the local newspaper LT. In it, Svea appeals court writes, among other things, that a text message that Anders later sent to the 50-year-old about himself as a movie star “suggests that the purpose was to record a movie”.
In police interrogations, the woman, who suffers from PTSD, panic attacks and substance abuse problems, describes the recording as “voluntary coercion”, where she has only done what the 50-year-old told her.
– Among other things, he has threatened to take me to court if I break these contracts that he has made me sign, she says in questioning.
“Then you don’t buy a whore”
The 50-year-old, who has always denied any wrongdoing, is said to have claimed that what they did was legal because they were not selling sex but filming a pornographic film.
– If you film, it’s like nothing, then you’re not buying a prostitute, but then you’re in a film, it’s a film recording, says the woman when the police ask her to describe how the man presented the scheme.
