The dog, presumably because it has rabies, is kept tied up with a chain. Meanwhile, in the background, another dog can be seen, equally tied up, suffering from the beatings that José Pérez Gutiérrez inflicts on it. Both dogs were beaten to death.

And it is that, according to the owners of these pets, the first dog killed had bitten a child in the community. And they told them that it apparently had rabies and that it was necessary to kill the second dog.

According to the activists, in the cases of abuse, they pointed out that they could not do anything to help the animals, since they were inside the house and they cannot enter to rescue them, because they would commit the crime of trespassing on private property.
