After six and a half hours of hearing, a federal judge decided to link the federal official to the process for the crime of misuse of public function, for the case of the fire in which 40 people lost their lives in the immigration station of this city .
As a precautionary measure, Judge José Avelino Córdova determined the monthly signature, so he will face the process in freedom and exercising his public office.
The public prosecutor’s office initially requested four months to close the complementary investigation, but at the defense’s request three months were established, with the next hearing scheduled for July 25.
At the end of the hearing, Antonio MD said that he will not promote any amparo and will participate in the investigation.
