A spectacular accident that occurred on Friday afternoon left a Russian-made car of the Moskvich brand overturned with its wheels in the air, after the impact suffered against an SUV -also Russian- of the UAZ brand.
“On the afternoon of this Friday, August 4, a traffic accident occurred on the Sagua highway, in front of the La Estrella – Yabú community. The causes of the impact between a UAZ ‘jeep’ and a Moskvich plate P 184 750 (taxi car) are being investigated, ”he indicated in social networks the netizen elizabeth ferrer.
According to the testimony of an alleged witness to the events, the Moskvich “collided with the military jeep that was leaving there.” No serious injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident.
At the time of writing this note, details of what happened are unknown. Neither the official press nor the authorities have ruled on an incident that highlights the poor condition of Cuban vehicles and roads.
