We must first of all prepare the ragout. Put the oil in the pan and brown the onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Then add the minced meat and let it cook. We let it cook and then add the bacon too. In the meantime, let’s prepare the pasta, in this case we’ll take the ziti as pasta. We leave the pasta a little raw so that it cooks in the oven. Now we take a pan, put the sauce and the pasta, we turn. A sprinkling of grated cheese and in the oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes. If desired, we can also put the sweet provola cheese on top.

  • 800 g of pumpkin;
  • garlic;
  • rosemary;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • oil.

We cut the pumpkin into slices. We don’t make them too thick or thin, so just right. We place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. We put a drizzle of oil, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper. Then add salt and put in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes. We can also cook in grill mode, it will come out more crunchy. To make potatoes instead we take a kg of potatoes and cut them into chunks. We then rinse them with cold water and drain them. Now place the potatoes in an oven dish and add all the flavourings: garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. A drizzle of oil and put in the oven already heated to a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Let’s remember to turn from time to time, so that they don’t burn and that they all cook well.
