At least 30 injured after train derailment in Pakistan

Islamabad.- At least 30 people were injured this Sunday when a dozen train carriages derailed in the province of Sindh, in southern Pakistan, where it is feared that among the victims there are several dead, official sources reported.

“About 10 carriages of the train derailed near Nawabshah district in Sindh province. As a result of the accident around 30 passengers were injured. We also fear several deaths”, he told the spokesman in Sindh of the state railway company, Pakistan Railways, Muhammed Anjum.

Images on social networks show several wagons overturned, while dozens of people help the passengers who were inside to get out.
