Hoeneß is also an important member of the supervisory board, which decides on the composition of the board of directors. Kahn succeeded Karl-Heinz Rummenigge as CEO in 2021. Now the ‘Sport Bild’ is talking about the predecessor as an interim solution. The 61-year-old could imagine a short comeback for the benefit of the club.

On May 22, the Bavarian supervisory board will meet again. Kahn will then probably present a new sales record that could strengthen him. However, it could then also be certain that Bayern will have their first untitled season in eleven years. This will also be included in the evaluation of Kahn’s work. The former Bayern captain wants to fight for his job.
