The Egyptian-Canadian actor has now been cast for the main roles Mena Massoud as “Prince” Naseem as well as the British actor Paddy Considine as confirmed by his trainer Brendan Ingle.
Mena Massoud celebrated his international breakthrough in the titular role of the live-action adaptation of Disney’s Aladdin (2019) alongside Will Smith. Paddy Considine burned himself into the collective memory of fans of Game of Thrones and its spin-off House of the Dragon as King Viserys I Targaryen. Both will embody the unlikely team that formed the 30 years ago international boxing scene taken by storm out of nowhere. However, it is not yet known when the film will hit the cinemas.
