The thread of blood that advances from one of the stands of the court in the central square of the town of Villa Bonita, municipality of Campo Ramón, to the place where Marcia Noemí Mattoso (27) collapsed almost unconscious, persists as a brutal mark of the extreme violence that last night left her on the verge of death. In full public space, she was stabbed to death by her ex-partner, Adrian Zuachzer (26), a native of Santa Rita and who is currently a fugitive from justice.
The attempted femicide occurred in front of the three (minor) children of the victim, who, according to her family, had filed several complaints for repeated attacks and threats that she frequently received. In line with that, there was currently a judicial measure in force to restrict the approach that the defendant breached every time it occurred to him.
Based on the testimony of some people who tried to help the young woman after hearing her screams, it was learned that the attack took place around 11 p.m., although around two and a half hours earlier the man appeared in the square where she was with the boys and verbally assaulted her after she refused to talk to him.
The victim threatened to call the police and managed to get her to walk away, although everything indicates that at that moment she went to look for the knife with which, after watching her from the courtyard of a nearby church, he returned and stabbed her in different parts of the body. .
Death risk
There were more than ten thrusts in the arms, legs, back and thorax, which injured vital organs, according to the medical diagnosis. “She is in therapy, with a respirator. She is in critical condition with risk of death,” reported sources from the Samic de Oberá hospital, where Mattoso has been hospitalized since last night.
“It was around 8:30 p.m., she was in the square with her children and other boys, when the man appeared, he had a River shirt. He approached and they began to argue, she told him that if he did not leave, she would call the Police, and at one point he walked away,” recalled a circumstantial witness at the time.

Without even presuming what would happen hours later, everything continued as normal until the violent man burst onto the scene again but with homicidal intentions.
“By chance I was able to see when he left the church grounds, which is almost in front of the square where the girl was. She already had an Argentina shirt. But since some people go into that place to pee, it didn’t catch my attention,” recounted another young woman who observed that part of the sequence.

What was reconstructed is that at that moment Zuachzer was already armed with the knife and was walking determined to kill his ex-partner. In the square he approached, asked to speak with her and attacked her. The stab wounds in his arms mark signs of defense, although several others were received from behind when he tried to escape.
The girl ran injured about 40 meters from the platform where she was sitting to one end of the public space, where she collapsed on the grass.
From this place the defendant advanced with the knife.
“It is believed that she wanted to run home but she was very injured, she had stitches all over her body,” another neighbor analyzed, taking into account that for a short time the victim had been living with her sister in a rental apartment located less than 100 meters from the square that is the scene of the Ecology Festival.

In the midst of all this uproar and shouting, a person ran to the Police Station, 200 meters away, and the accused author took the opportunity to escape in the opposite direction of provincial route 103. An unofficial version reported that in full flight he would have been hit by a vehicle in which he climbed. His whereabouts are so far a mystery.
An ambulance transferred Mattoso to the obereño hospital, while the experts from the Regional Unit II worked on the scene. The head of the Investigating Court Two of Oberá, Horacio Alarcón, intervened in the case.
This afternoon, at 5:00 p.m., the young woman’s relatives will receive the medical report and in this line, the transfer to the Madariaga de Posadas hospital is not ruled out.
