Julio César Otero is the youngest of Carlos Otero’s three children and arrived in the United States at the age of 8, across the border, along with his mother, the presenter and his brother Alejandro.
He studied Acting at the New World School of the Arts and began to enter the world of acting little by little. So much so that he managed to sign a contract with the Telemundo network to be a soap opera actor at the age of 18.
