It all started nine years ago, when he decided to study Gastronomy and create a blog to share his experiences in the world of cooking.

“After having my blog I started recording videos of some recipes to upload them to the social media. Currently, I have almost five million followers andon Facebook. Like many, I entered TikTok During the pandemic, we were all at home and since it was the social network of the moment, I started making videos of my recipes in 30 seconds. It was not easy because it was a very short time, but I did it “said the 34-year-old chef.

Now he has a team that helps him with production. The whole process –Alexander says– begins with the choice of the recipes, then they make the recording, editing and publication schedule. “We also take into account the current situation, internet trends and the comments left on social networks”revealed.

His taste for gastronomy was born at the age of 8. “My aunt had her food business and I helped her sometimes. That world left me enchanted and now it has become my passion. Initially I was studying Administration, I felt that it was not my thing and I leaned towards cooking and here I am, doing what motivates me. My recipes are varied, I make from Creole food to vegan, for all tastes”he added.

One of his projects this year is to open his restaurant so that people can enjoy his good seasoning. In addition, he wants to travel the world and continue promoting Peruvian gastronomy. My parents are very proud of me, they were my first fans (laughs). At the beginning I recorded the videos at my mother’s house, they helped me with the cleaning because when the recipe was finished everything was dirty”revealed.
