All southbound lanes of I-270 were closed near Bethesda Thursday morning and at least two people were checked for injuries when a truck carrying pesticides rolled over, authorities said.
The incident occurred between the division and Democracy Boulevard, Montgomery County fire officials said.
“Expect significant delays,” the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (OEMHS) anticipated.
Multiple vehicles were involved and at least two people were evaluated for injuries, authorities added.
All southbound lanes closed as of 8:20 a.m.
