The destruction left by the fanatical Bolsonaro in Congress also left behind some prominent figures who, due to their way of presenting themselves before the government establishments in Brasilia, did not go unnoticed.

One of them was who, on social networks, they baptized as “the band of the copinhos”. In the midst of the videos that went viral in the attacks, attention was drawn, mainly due to the coincidence of the attack suffered by the Argentine vice president, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.

In the video in question, a large group of protesters can be seen inside Congress and the presidential house, breaking everything in their path, destroying the place and causing flooding inside.

As the seconds tick by, the camera zooms out, recording some protesters leaving and others continuing their attack. At that moment, a man – who was not identified – can be seen with several flakes of sugar, just like what happened in Recoleta in September.

This does not imply that both attacks are related, since the Justice began to take the first steps in the investigation. However, the coincidences did not go unnoticed and this was not the only one.

Another of the characters that stood out – and who is already an old acquaintance in the Bolsonaro demonstrations – is the man identified as Julio Monteiro. As happened in the United States, in the attacks on the Capitol, this subject came to the Brazilian Congress dressed in a wig and the colors of the National Flag on his chest to attack public buildings.

Julio Monteiro could be seen on September 7 in Niterói, in the demonstration orchestrated by Carlos Jordy, a Bolsonaro deputy, and in Copacabana, with the same intentions.

Some time ago, Monteiro said that his intention with the costume was to “fight for freedom.” Like the American character from the Capitol, he is nicknamed Shaman.

It is worth remembering that the damage to the United States institution left a balance of more than 700 people sentenced throughout the country. Jacob Chansley, known as “QAnon Shaman” and with similar clothing to Monteiro, was sentenced to 41 months in prison.

On the other hand, through his own confirmation through his social networks, Jair Bolsonaro’s nephew was among the protesters. This is Leonardo Rodrigues de Jesus, he shared a photograph on Instagram where he is seen among the thousands of protesters in Congress.
