HASAt the end of a six-hour meeting, the Twenty-Seven agreed on a “prudent and coordinated approach” with regard to travelers from China. There was a certain urgency to agree, since the Chinese authorities are reopening their borders this Sunday. This is why Sweden, which has held the rotating presidency of the Council of the EU since January 1, had convened a meeting of the IPCR.
