He could have been a Ferrari driver but chose Red Bull
Worst of all is that the same Kvyat also confessed that at that time he had an offer from Ferrari on the table.. They offered him to take the place of Kimi Raikkonen in the Italian team, but Daniil thought he had a great future at Red Bull and wanted to be loyal to them.
“I was performing really well and had just taken another podium. It was when I had a proposal to run for Ferrari to replace KimYo. It was a very difficult situation mentally, because I went from being loved by Ferrari to going back to Toro Rosso“.
