Android 13 is for that OnePlus 8, the OnePlus 8 Pro as well as the OnePlus 8T already available. With the rollout of OxygenOS 13 F.15, OnePlus is unlikely to have any updates left unfulfilled among users of the OnePlus 8 series. Said update is now rolling out for EU users and will bring the devices up to date with the current Android security patch from December 2022. OnePlus is also stating unknown improvements in stability. As usual, such updates are distributed in waves, so it’s quite possible that the rollout will take a few more days for you. Next up will soon be OnePlus Nord users with Android 13. Meanwhile, OnePlus is getting ready for the launch of its upcoming flagship: OnePlus 11.
