X4: Foundations gets its fourth expansion

X4: Kingdom End is the next expansion to this space saga. It reintroduces the Borons a faction in this universe. Added to this are new spaceships, pieces to build space stations with and a new story focusing on the Borons as a faction. Strange things are happening in Heretic’s End, one of the game’s areas. An unactivated portal takes center stage in the expansion’s new narrative. It is released together with update 6.00. It introduces news such as improved AI, user interface improvements, new camera options, performance improvements and much more. One of the big news is that your fleets can now be ordered to defend large areas better. You can see one teaser here. Even if you don’t play X4, it’s worth seeing for its beautiful music and nice views. The expansion is to be released in 2023 for PC (Windows and Linux).
