Bayer Leverkusen is apparently not interested in selling Moussa Diaby (23) to Arsenal this January. “Arsenal contacted Bayer about Diaby. Our information is that the contact is not mutual”, explains English ‘Sky Sports’ reporter Dharmesh Sheth. Leverkusen did not respond to Arsenal’s request.

Meanwhile, it is also unlikely that there will be any negotiations. Arsenal had listed Diaby as a replacement for Mykhaylo Mudryk, 22, who the Gunners were keen to sign but has left for Chelsea. Arsenal are now set to sign Leandro Trossard, 28, from Brighton & Hove Albion. In the summer, however, the diaby topic could become hot again.
