If this product is gaining popularity, especially on social networks, it worries doctors for its psychoactive effects. Derived from cannabis, the substance is a purely synthetic product, and legal. It can be found over the counter on the Internet or in CBD shops.
A risk of addiction?
In one of them, we find it in all colors and all tastes: little teddy bears, flowers, lollipops… “The HHC was sprayed on the flower”, explains a store manager. Mainly consumed by young people, it is one of the best sellers, despite a price 30% to 40% higher than CBD. “It will cause greater relaxation than CBD. It will also act on pain”, she continues. Other sellers admit to being faced with a matter of conscience, in particular because of the addiction that can result from the consumption of HHC.
