The Minister of the Interior and Local Communities, Ibrahim Mourad, who was at the National Training and Intervention Unit in Algiers, during his supervision of the launch of the civil protection team, said underlined the competence and professionalism of civil protection personnel, also welcoming their responsiveness to participate in the solidarity process.
