Einova power bar… charge his devices

Anyone who tears away with the Apple Watch or is on the go for a long time knows the biggest disadvantage of the Smartwatch: the battery life. If you forget the charger when packing, the watch can quickly run out of energy on vacation. Often the only solution in such situations is to buy an emergency charging cable. The Einova Powerbar, on the other hand, is one of the few power banks with a charging point for the Apple Watch. The watch can be put on and then charged. The loading space can be used flush or elevated. Those who don’t like carrying cables in their pockets will appreciate this feature. Up to four devices can be charged in total. These include the Apple Watch, AirPods, iPhone and iPad. The 10,000 mAh are sufficiently dimensioned to fully charge a setup from said devices at least once. So nothing stands in the way of a weekend trip. If you are traveling in the Apple cosmos, you should be happy to be able to charge all mobile Apple devices at once.

End devices can be charged with up to 35 watts via the USB-C power delivery port. The output power is sufficient to ensure the power supply of an Apple MacBook Air. Other devices, such as the Xiaomi MiPad, can also be charged via the power delivery port. The 36 watt hours inside the Powerbar are reflected in its size: at 18.5 x 2.6 x 6.8 centimetres, the Powerbar is less noticeable in a backpack, but you will notice it in a handbag. The power bank designed in Italy is by no means too big, but it is not the smallest of its kind either. At the same time, the Powerbar sees itself primarily as an all-round talent for storing electricity: for at home, on the road, in a tent or even in a hotel. The basic equipment, such as iPhone, AirPods Pro and Apple Watch, does not require an extra charging cable. For people who want to have everything they need with them at hand, this feature can bring great advantages.

The Apple MFI certification guarantees compatibility with iDevices: the test showed no problems charging a wide variety of devices. Devices outside of the Apple cosmos can also be charged with the Powerbar. Nevertheless, the target group of the Einova Powerbar is clear: Apple Watch owners. If you have other devices in addition to AirPods, iPhone and said Smartwatch, you can also charge them with the Powerbar. If you are unsure whether your own end device supports Qi charging, you can refer to the Einova home page make sure of that. The manufacturer has researched the compatibility check very conscientiously: Devices that have been around for a long time, such as the LG G4, are also listed. Our colleague Timm Mohn has already charged his toothbrush with the power bar while on vacation.

If the power bar is connected to a USB cable and power supply unit, it can be used permanently as a charging station. In this case, placement in the apartment hallway would be conceivable. If you need the power bank, you can take it with you when you leave the house. Anyone who has ever taken an empty power bank with them will know how annoying it can be when you rely on a power reserve that is actually empty. If you use the Einova Powerbar stationary at home, you save yourself the accident mentioned. A power bar with 20,000 or 26,000 mAh would be desirable. If the manufacturer also increases the output power of the Power Delivery port, the power bank would also be suitable for more powerful MacBook devices. The powerbar is only available in white. A black variant would be desirable. With regard to the design, the current color plate of the MacBook Air series should also be worth considering: A power bar in “Midnight” or “Polar Star” would certainly also make a good impression. The Einova Powerbar is available for 149 euros available from the manufacturer itself. Additional costs can arise due to the missing power supply: none is included in the scope of delivery. The manufacturer offers a 65 watt power supply for 99.90 euros.
