After their incredible performance, Zazie, Vianney and Amel Bent unanimously voted for Fanchon, and praised his performance but also that of his partner. And when announcing the talent they decided to keep in their team, Bigflo tackled the young woman about her too keen competitive spirit. “Fanchon, you tell us that The Voice, it’s very important to you, you talk to us a lot about that. Fanchon was hugely touched by her coach’s tackle. She agreed to confide exclusively in Tele-Leisure about this disturbing sequence. “It’s true that it frustrated me a little… And it saddened me because for me, it’s not the fact that I’m a competitor, it’s that I put a lot of pressure on myself. I am extremely perfectionist“, she explained to us. “It was not a competition with Aiden, it was a competition against myself because with Aiden, it was a moment of sharing. We benefited a lot from this battle.” The young woman also thinks that it is actually an unfortunate misunderstanding with her coach. “We misunderstood each other… He may have seen me as a person who is very competitive when I’m just trying to do my best. I want to be proud of myself and music is my whole life. I hope to go as far as possible in The Voice to make my dreams come true“, she continued. Fanchon told us that she later had the opportunity to talk about it again with Bigflo and she hopes that he finally understood her true motivations.
