LOS ANGELES – A fire caused by the explosion of a transformer in the studios of the production company Warner Bros. generated a large column of smoke this Friday in the Burbank area, in southern California.
Several fire trucks arrived at the site of the studios located on Warner Boulevard. The fire was reported shortly after 2:00 p.m.
The Burbank Fire Department reported the incident was caused by a transformer fire. No damage to structures or injuries were reported.
The fire was completely put out a few minutes later.
Several people posted on social media that they heard a noise and later saw a column of smoke coming out of the Warner Bros. studios.
