As of July 2020, the provincial government begins a linkage process between the SCIT and local governments throughout the province. Said link is materialized through the signing of Framework Agreements that are complemented and updated with successive subscriptions of complementary acts.

On this occasion, the provincial government and the municipality of the city of Santa Fe signed a specific agreement with the main objective of generating a field of cooperation, coordination and exchange of information to consolidate a modern and multipurpose Cadastre.

The agreement was signed by the minister of economy Walter Agosto and the mayor of the city Emilio Jaton. The secretary for integration and institutional strengthening José Freyre, the provincial administrator of the cadastre and territorial information service Hugo Rodríguez, the regional administrator of Santa Fe Alfredo Migone and the undersecretary of public revenue of the municipality of Santa Fe Tamara Bichatti participated in the meeting.

The main aspects of the agreement include:

  • Exchange of basic and thematic information.
  • Improvement of cadastral information, with permanent updating in its Databases.
  • Unification of information related to the territory (eg Plots, Zones, Urbanizations, Water, Sewers, Pavements, Improved, Lighting, etc.)
  • Immediate access of local governments to territorial information and its specific attributes through the provincial tool; SIGIT (System for the Integration and Management of Territorial Information)
  • Mutual advice.
  • Cooperation in the training of personnel.
  • Joint implementation of tasks of interest to both organizations (eg: Detection of Undeclared Constructions)
