Thanks to the publication of his first printed book, Karine Bernal Lobo was part of the thirty-fifth edition of the Bogotá International Book Fair, which included Mexico as the guest country of honor.

Around 608 pages make up Bernal Lobo’s debut work on paper, titled “The King’s Perfume”. Here, the author tells the story of Emily Malhore, daughter of the most famous perfumers in the kingdom of Mishnock, who led a quiet life surrounded by the flowers of her garden, her friends and her tutoring, until Prince Stefan noticed her. , making her the center of attention of her people and the enemy.

As the story progresses, readers will see how Emily will go to any lengths to escape her tragic fate.
