The purpose of the guarantee operation is to reinforce patrol work in the various sectors of the city and guarantee the security of Tamaulipas families, businessmen and personnel who work in service stations, he said.

Villarreal Anaya also announced that on the part of Petróleos Mexicanos there is full assurance that a sufficient supply of gasoline will continue to the different service stations in this city.

There is no problem that could affect motorists or the productive sectors, assured the Chief Executive of Tamaulipas.

In addition – he emphasized – the Energy Regulatory Commission, Pemex itself and the Ministry of Energy work together to carry out the review of all gas stations in order to detect irregularities and proceed in accordance with the law.
