The HTL Dornbirn handed over a donation check from a cake sale.

Dornbirn. Last week, due to the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria, the 4aMP (4th year of fashion) at the HTL Dornbirn started a cake campaign, with the proceeds of which were intended to support the earthquake victims. The campaign was immediately well received at the school and an unbelievable 2,891 euros could be collected within a few days. This sum has now been ceremonially handed over to the Red Cross. Parents’ association chairman Arnt Buchwalt, who also donated generously on behalf of the board, was touched by the commitment and participation and thanked for the initiative: “With this project you have all taken on social responsibility, you can be really proud of yourselves and we have in felt a lot of solidarity on all sides these days. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this important campaign.” (cth)
