Released exclusively on PS5 and PC in 2022, Ghostwire: Tokyo also landed on Xbox last month. The game from Tango Gameworks, father of The Evil Within and the recent Hi-Fi RUSH, seems to have attracted many players given the figures revealed recently.

4 million players on the streets of Tokyo

The studio is indeed pleased on Twitter to have crossed the bar of 4 million players. We are talking here about the players who have launched the game on all platforms, and not the number of copies sold. If it is quite easy to reach this score because of the presence of the game in the Game Pass, it is still a great success for the studio.

Thank you to the 4 million fans who took an exciting tour of @TangoGameworks Tokyo!

Although the title suffers from technical problems, especially on its Xbox version, it offers to discover an interesting story that takes place in a Tokyo rarely so neat in a game.

If you’re unfamiliar with Ghostwire Tokyo, it’s available now on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC as well as Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
