The World Health Organization warns of the long-term risks of sweeteners. “First, on the weight, it is useless to lose weight. Increased risk of diabetes and stroke

Regarding health risks, that of type 2 diabetes increases by 23% with regular consumption of sweeteners, that of stroke by 19%, and hypertension by 13%. “And maybe there would be an increased risk of cancer”, adds the doctor. The microbiome, the intestinal flora, is indeed disrupted by sweeteners. If you can’t do without sweets, it’s always better to have these “fake sugar” than real sugar, but the best thing is to consume as little as possible.
